Elior North America is hiring a cook supervisor for Summit's Corrections team in Midland, TX. Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service, high quality portions, and strict sanitation standards in a fast-paced facility.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of high-volume culinary experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service in a correctional environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• High-level product knowledge, friendly customer service, and teamwork in fast-paced settings.
• Experience supervising a team.
