MGM Resorts International is hiring a Cook for Bellagio’s Room Service in Las Vegas. You’ll turn orders into impressive dishes, crafting experiences that enhance guest stays from the first bite.

This role emphasizes teamwork, culinary skill, and attention to detail to deliver WOW moments in hospitality. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a High School Diploma or GED, and have 1+ year of Cook experience or formal culinary training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred
• Formal Culinary training preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
• Work as a team, assist all guests needs and inquiries

THE STARTING RATE: 26.6831 USD Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
