Responsibilities

• Set up and break down bar before and after events.
• Set up bar in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with bar back for replenishments during shifts.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional service.
• Attend to guests' needs throughout events.
• Clean bar and discard excess ice after closing.
• Record inventory to balance bar usage with sales.
• Return all items to their original bar box.

Proof of the Pudding has spent the past four decades providing innovative menus, services, design expertise and event experiences to clients throughout Atlanta and beyond. As a preferred caterer to over 50 venues in and around Atlanta, our teams spearheads event innovations and culinary experiences to a range of.

We are seeking additional bartenders to help facilitate events at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/break down responsibilities.


• Sets bar up in a timely manner.


• Communicates well with bar back during event to assist them with replenishment during shift.


• Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service.


• Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event.


• Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.


• Record closing inventory used to balance bar consumption vs sales.


• Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received.


• Performs other related duties as required.

Work Environment

This position may report to the Michelin Road Atlanta Raceway. This position will require traversing different terrains while lifting and moving product, equipment, and food items.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of standing, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue.


• Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items.


• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 40 lbs.
