Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Cook for an on-site role inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare hot and cold items, follow recipes, and adhere to food safety guidelines while collaborating with a team to serve meals on schedule.

The position runs 11:00 am–7:30 pm. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of cooking experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; cafeteria production experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of cooking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a cafeteria or large-volume facility.
• Experience with safety procedures in a food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food items following work instructions and recipes.
• Follow food safety guidelines and standard knife cuts.
• Manage assigned station and coordinate with team to serve dishes promptly.
• Report to Food Service Director and work on-site inside a jail/correctional facility.
