Job summary

The Cook at Trinity Services Group works onsite inside a jail facility, preparing hot and cold items following recipes and food-safety guidelines. You’ll manage your station with a team and ensure dishes are produced promptly while upholding quality and safety standards.

We offer a $250 rookie bonus, DailyPay access to earned wages, and premium benefits. Applicants should have at least 1 year of cooking experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of cooking experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in cafeteria or large-volume production preferred.
• Familiarity with safety procedures in food service.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers as needed.
• Handle, label, store, and rotate products per state laws.
• Work at a station for extended periods with mobility requirements.
• Perform other duties as needed by the team.
