Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Cook to join our on-site food service team inside a jail facility. You will prepare hot and cold items, follow standardized recipes, and manage your station with teammates to deliver quality dishes promptly.

The role requires at least 1 year of cooking experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Enjoy benefits, training, and opportunities for advancement with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of cooking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in a cafeteria or large-volume production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned tasks and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Operate a variety of equipment including ovens, stoves, slicers and mixers.
• Handle, label, store and rotate products following state laws.
• ADapt to changes, work in a team, and stay flexible throughout shifts.
