Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and you are at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of relevant cooking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior cafeteria or large-volume kitchen experience and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
• Handle, label, and rotate products following state laws.
• Work as a team member and maintain timely dish output.
