You will follow dietician-approved menus, manage ordering and inventory, and help control costs while ensuring safety and quality in a supportive residential setting. Minimum one year in food preparation is required; high school diploma or GED is necessary, and ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and nutritious meals for clients.
• Adhere to menus established by the dietitian and DOH criteria.
• Order, inventory, and store food and paper goods properly.
• Monitor food budget and DOH sanitation regulations.
• Supervise kitchen activities and maintain records for related programs.
• Maintain and obtain certifications as required.
