Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED; ServSafe preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food preparation.
• Ability to plan nutritious meals meeting dietary needs and client populations.

Responsabilités

• Treat clients and staff with dignity and respect.
• Ensure timely and nutritious meals for clients.
• Adhere to menus set by dietitian and DOH nutrition guidelines.
• Order, inventory, and store food and paper goods 1–3 times weekly.
• Monitor food budget and DOH sanitation regulations.
• Supervise kitchen staff and clients per policy.
• Assist in reporting kitchen activities to Regional and Corporate Offices.
• Attend meetings to review kitchen needs and issues with staff.
• Maintain records for School Lunch Program and CARF accreditation.
• Obtain/maintain Food Manager certification where applicable.
