Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow seasonal menus, ensure quality, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to follow recipes, and adherence to health and sanitation standards. State-specific ServSafe or Food Handler certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous cook/food preparation experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with staff and residents.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Capable of lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation; keep kitchen clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
