Maschio's Food Service Inc. seeks a dependable Cook/Food Service Manager to run the school food service program in Montgomery Township, NJ.

You will prepare and serve meals per menus and USDA/NSLP rules, manage quantities, and keep records and inventory in a fast-paced school setting. Responsibilities include operating the meal service/POS system, maintaining a clean kitchen, and ensuring on-time service while communicating with school administration and staff.

Formación

• Previous cooking or food-service experience required.
• School food service experience a plus.
• Quantity food preparation experience preferred.
• SerSafe certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Basic computer/ POS skills.
