Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and culinary training/certification as a Cook, with at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume setting. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and organizes the work area with supplies and equipment.
• Receives and inspects all food products for freshness and quality.
• Prepares and stores raw food products properly.
• Follows standardized recipes and portion controls.
• Ensures timely plating and presentation of dishes.
• Monitors food quality and service timing; notifies supervisor of delays.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation, and government standards.
• Cleans and returns equipment and work areas to proper storage.
