Job summary

Casino Del Sol is seeking a Cook 2 to prepare, cook, and present food using established recipes and plating standards in the Food and Beverage department.

You will read menus, manage prep, monitor quality, work with a team, and maintain safe, clean workstations while meeting health codes. This full-time role requires flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, with lifting up to 50 pounds and employment eligibility in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cooking experience or equivalent.
• Must obtain Food Handler's card and ServSafe within three months.
• Ability to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• U.S. employment eligibility and ability to obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Read recipes and follow daily menus to coordinate cooking times.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure items are ready at shift start.
• Cook dishes according to recipes, specs and health codes.
• Monitor food quality and proper temperatures and flavors.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment.
• Assist with setup, team collaboration and guest service.
