Responsibilities

• Prepares and garnishes all food orders according to menu specifications.
• Prepares sauces, soups and hot entrees; uses and follows recipes; measures ingredients.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and keeps work areas clean and organized.
• Tastes and evaluates foods; coordinates completion with servers.
• Sets up for meals by ensuring proper amounts for forecasted covers and reservations.
• Ensures proper food handling, rotation and storage; reduces waste per SOP.
