Qualifications

• 3–4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow basic recipes and product directions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food items.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station.
• May support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during the shift.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
