Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities of meats, fish, vegetables using various cooking methods.
• Prepare gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, casseroles and stews.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on client requirements.
