Baptist Health Lexington seeks a Cook II to prepare meals for patients, cafeteria, and catering in a hospital setting. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain quality and safety, and work as part of a collaborative Food & Nutrition Services team.

Responsibilities include advanced cooking techniques, equipment operation, sanitation, and mentoring Cook I staff. Full-time and part-time shifts are available with comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of cook experience.
• ServeSafe Foodservice Handlers or Local Health Department Certification required.
• Must complete Rouxbe Culinary Training course within 6 months.
• 2 year Culinary Degree preferred.

• Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
