Job summary

Invited in Sewickley is seeking a Cook 2 to join our kitchen team. You will set up your workstation, execute daily prep, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation for members and guests.

Your role supports Cook 1 and Cook 3, follows safety and sanitation guidelines, and assists in menu planning. A minimum of 4 years in a kitchen and valid food handler certification are preferred for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the kitchen.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstation for daily prep and service.
• Prepare and store all food items necessary for your station, adhering to Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and consistent preparation and presentation of menu items.
• Prepare or assist in preparing complete meals including soups, entrees, desserts, and salads.
• Receive and store goods purchased by kitchen as requested.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and assist in service recovery.
