Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight our guests by efficiently managing orders and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Execute complex recipes, maintain knowledge of menu, oversee stations, quality and inventory checks
• Inspect and finalize plates to meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping stations stocked and sanitary while following food safety protocols
• Coordinate timing and plating, assist with inventory checks and shift briefings, and support special features
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
