Responsabilidades

• Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Oversee stations, executions, quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect plates before serving to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized workspace and proper food handling.
• Coordinate timing, plating, and shift briefings; assist with inventory and ordering.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
