Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cook I for Holyoke area location (HOLYOKE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT - 48559001). You will prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold dishes for all meal periods in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring quality, safety, and presentation standards.

Eligible candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and 0–2 years of related experience, with the ability to follow recipes and safety procedures. Weekdays, full-time, on-site role with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.
