Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Cook I to prepare, portion and present a variety of hot and cold items for all meal periods and events. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, uphold safety standards and maintain a clean workstation, contributing to a high-quality dining experience.

The role offers flexible shifts (mornings and afternoons/evenings) with rotating weekends; prior kitchen experience is helpful, and the position can be full-time or part-time depending on location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food‑handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and cold food items.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining safety and sanitation.
