Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive culinary experience in a high-volume setting.
• Advanced knowledge of food preparation techniques, knife skills, product handling, food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Proven ability to lead assigned stations independently and maintain quality during busy services.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with ability to train and mentor junior cooks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex menu items while maintaining standards.
• Lead assigned kitchen stations and coordinate production for fast-paced service.
• Monitor quality, portions, and techniques; ensure sanitation and cleanliness.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior cooks to foster a collaborative kitchen culture.
