Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 6 months of cooking/preparing food in a professional setting.
• Previous guest service experience in a restaurant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cook food according to recipes and specs while following safety guidelines.
• Operate cooking equipment (beef cooker, griddle, fryer, rice cooker, steamtable) observing safety procedures.
• Prepare and portion food; ensure proper temperature and quality; follow FIFO during storage and restock as needed.
• Assist with guest orders, provide friendly, accurate service, and handle cash handling per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized work area; practice sanitation and safety standards throughout shifts.
• Contribute to a fast, reliable, and welcoming guest experience and work as part of a team.
