Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
• 6 months cooking/preparing food in a professional setting preferred.
• Provide excellent service to all our guests.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Cook food as prescribed by recipes and specs and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate cooking equipment such as griddle, fryer, and steamtable.
• Prepare food for cooking and maintain proper temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; clean as you go.
• Assist with delivery and stocking; FIFO procedures.
• Take accurate guest orders and observe cash handling policy.
• Work as a team to ensure fast, friendly, and reliable service.
