Responsibilities

• Operate cooking equipment (beef cooker, griddle, fryer, rice cooker, steamtable) safely.
• Prepare food for cooking and handling, including washing and transferring ingredients.
• Maintain proper food temperature per regulations.
• Portion and serve food to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with guest service, take accurate orders, and observe cash handling policies.
• Work as a team to provide fast, easy, and convenient guest experiences.
