Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook food as prescribed by recipe and cooking specs while following food safety guidelines to ensure guests receive a nourishing dish.
• Operate cooking equipment (beef cooker, griddle, fryer, rice cooker, steamtable) and observe safety procedures.
• Prepare food for cooking and serving (wash rice, transfer to pot, defrost as needed).
• Maintain temperature of food in accordance with regulations and company standards.
• Maintain quality, presentation, and taste to provide a fresh dish every time.
• Assist with guest service, take accurate orders, and manage cash handling per policy.
• Work as a reliable team member to ensure fast, easy, and convenient guest experiences.
• Be open to learning and developing professionally.
