Job summary

Noodles & Company in Council Bluffs is hiring a Team Member to join a friendly crew. You’ll help provide guests with a great dining experience, whether cooking, cashiering, or serving, while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow Noodles & Company’s policies, including cash handling and safety measures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups and sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and dining areas.
• Address guest concerns and complaints effectively.
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Act with integrity and promote the brand culture.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Role may include cook, cashier or server responsibilities.
• Adhere to appearance standards.
