Noodles & Company in Council Bluffs is looking for a Team Member to join our friendly crew and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll help guests with orders, serve food, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment. All team members enjoy a free shift meal.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. This role may include cook, cashier, or server responsibilities, with shifts that fit your availability.

Formación

• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow policies for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and dining areas.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints.
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Maintain appearance standards.
• Free Shift Meal.
