Job summary

Noodles & Company in Fargo, ND is seeking a Team Member to join our friendly crew. You’ll help provide guests with the best dining experience, enjoy working with people who take food seriously, and have fun preparing and serving it.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
• Follow Noodles & Company’s policies, including cash handling and safety to ensure team safety
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Prepare items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
