Noodles & Company in Williston, ND is seeking a Team Member to join our friendly crew. You’ll help prepare and serve meals, greet guests, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

As a Cook/Team Member you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, support daily operations, and learn with a collaborative team. Night/weekend availability is often required, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualificações

• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow Noodles & Company’s policies, including cash handling and safety.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including noodles, salads, soups, and sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure safety and freshness.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures and kitchen equipment handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and prep areas.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
• Work with the team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Act with integrity and promote the brand’s culture.
