Noodles & Company in Omaha, NE is seeking a Team Member to join a friendly crew and provide guests with an exceptional dining experience. You will be part of a fast-paced team that values collaboration, food quality and guest satisfaction.

This role may include cook, cashier and/or server responsibilities. You will be expected to maintain high cleanliness standards and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent guestservice skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow Noodles & Company’s policies, including cash handling and safety for all shifts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, and soups.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Maintain sanitation and safety procedures.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints and work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Adhere to appearance standards; may include cook, cashier and/or server responsibilities.
