Noodles & Company is hiring a Team Member to join our friendly crew. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure a great dining experience. You may perform cook, cashier or server duties and help keep the restaurant clean and safe.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Highlights include opportunities to learn, grow and be part of a diverse team that values guests and communities.

Formación

• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow operational policies including cash handling and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures for kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant areas.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints effectively.
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Act with integrity and promote the company's culture.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• May include cook, cashier and/or server responsibilities.
• Must adhere to appearance standards.
• Free shift meal.
