Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reports to work well groomed, in a clean and proper uniform, and maintains hygiene.
• Uses, maintains, and cleans kitchen line equipment and prep areas.
• Stocks and rotates products on the cooking line.
• Has knowledge of stations, menu items and prep procedures to ensure proper portions and timing.
• cooks and prepares menu items per guest requests following standards and food safety practices.
• Monitors food temperatures to reduce risk factors for illness.
• Anticipates and corrects system issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Communicates with Manager on Duty about deficiencies, equipment or safety problems.
