Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up batter table, collect smallwares, and prepare batter mix.
• Ensure call sheets are complete and posted.
• Inspect equipment and report malfunctions to Manager in Charge.
• Maintain proper shortening levels and balance fryers.
• Filter and clean fryers, follow safety guidelines.
• Prepare and cook food as directed by the Manager in Charge.
• Ensure food quality and holding times meet standards.
• Maintain clean work area and stocking at batter area.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge.
