Church's Chicken is seeking a Cook/Food Preparation team member to prepare and cook food per the Store’s Operating Standards Manual. You’ll work under the Manager in Charge on a fast-paced line, ensure food quality, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

This role emphasizes precision, timely execution, and adherence to safety guidelines. Responsibilities include setting up batter/mix, cooking according to order needs, and supporting sanitation and inventory practices to keep operations running

Qualifications

• Must prepare and cook food to Church's Operating Standards Manual (SOM).
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods while cooking.

Responsibilities

• Sets up batter table and prepares batter mix.
• Prepares and cooks food as directed by the Manager in Charge.
• Ensures food meets specifications and holds times as per SOM.
• Maintains clean work area and sanitary practices.
