Responsibilities include learning multiple positions, following processes, maintaining portions, restocking, and ensuring food is prepared correctly for guests. Competitive pay with tips and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to Buona standards following recipes.
• Cook, season, grill, chop, dice, cut and slice as directed.
• Maintain portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Restock the food line and ensure availability for guests.
• Comply with health and safety standards and keep workspace clean and sanitized.
• Handle waste according to established procedures.
• Assist guests with dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru orders.
