Buona is seeking a Cook to prepare food to our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace. You will cook food to order by following provided recipes and uphold the Buona standard.

The role emphasizes working quickly in a fast-paced environment, following recipes, ensuring portion control, and maintaining safety and sanitation on the line. Benefits and scheduling details will be provided during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Must work to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

Responsabilités

• Learn positions: Beef, Pizza, Broiler, Cafe/Salads & Prep.
• Follow recipes and food preparation processes (cooking, seasoning, grilling, chopping).
• Maintain portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Prepare quality food meeting Buona standards.
• Ensure food is prepared properly before serving to guests.
• Restock the food line.
• Follow health and safety standards for food and cleanliness.
• Be quick and accurate in fulfilling orders.
• Handle raw and finished waste per procedures.
• Provide urgent, courteous service to dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru guests.
• Wash cookware and utensils; clean equipment as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
