Job summary

Restaura is seeking a reliable Cook to prepare and cook high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen, following recipes and production guidelines. You will help maintain safety, sanitation, and presentation while supporting daily prep and kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate can work nights, weekends, and holidays, with experience in Kosher environments and familiarity with kitchen technology. This is a part-time, in-person role within the Phoenix3 Collective portfolio of hospitality services.

Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Comfortable following recipes and using kitchen technology (tablets, systems).
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Kosher environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals following recipes and production guidelines.
• Ensure consistency, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times.
• Support daily prep, service execution, and kitchen operations.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy meal periods.
