Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards.
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Work closely with teammates in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, knives).
• Follow systems for prep, stocking, and closing.
• Support team members and assist in the dining area as needed.
