Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC, a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee in Florida, is seeking BOH team members to cook, operate grills, and support a fast-paced kitchen with safety and quality in mind.

You’ll join a team that values hard work and growth, with competitive pay in Florida ($14–$18 per hour, depending on location and experience), flexible family-friendly hours, free meals when working, and benefits including PTO after one year plus health, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Restaurant industry experience or training.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, math skills.
• Able to lift up to 90 pounds.
• Able to work in wet/humid conditions and with cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Ability to cook.
• Manage grill and BOH procedures.
• Operate frying equipment and bread grill.
• Read orders and follow KDS protocols.
• Maintain a clean workstation and sanitation.
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning.
• Use a meat slicer and sharp knives.
• Handle multiple tasks and adapt to pace.
