Qualifications

• Related experience in the restaurant industry or similar fast-paced setting.
• Ability to read orders and follow established kitchen protocols.
• Willingness to learn Sonny’s BOH terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate grill and frying equipment; manage the grill area.
• Read orders and follow protocols to process orders according to the KDS.
• Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to sanitary guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties during and at shift end; handle knives and slicer safely.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
