Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
• Work cooperatively with all other staff.
• Keep a clean workstation.
• Operate a dish machine with proper chemical levels.
• Follow sanitation regulations and standards.
• Bus, sort, rinse and rack dishes after use.
• Wash pots and pans after each use.
• Empty trash and keep dumpster area clean.
• Store silverware properly.
• Keep kitchen supplied with clean dishes.
• Maintain floors, work area, and restrooms clean, trash disposal.
• Clean restrooms regularly.
• Maintain parking area clean and trash-free.
• Ensure restaurant atmosphere is clean and inviting.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
