Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and resident satisfaction, with training and opportunities for career development.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior cooking experience, and ability to follow recipes while accommodating dietary needs. Vaccination policy compliance and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a cook or in food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Strong communication with staff, residents and leadership.
• Must meet COVID-19 vaccination policy.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
