Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow menus, ensure food quality and presentation, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; previous cooking experience is preferred. You may need ServSafe or Food Handler certification, depending on state law, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in food preparation is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
