HMSHost is seeking a Cook CD – Standard to prepare a variety of cooked foods across multiple stations, ensuring timely service and high quality. You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation, and communicate effectively with managers and servers to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of related cooking experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Requires food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Minimum of 1 year cooking experience in high-volume or fast casual environments preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, communicate effectively with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cooked foods across Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and eggs.
• Communicate ticket times and potential issues to the manager on duty.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per HACCP standards and safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, station setup, and adherence to recipes and portions.
