Job summary

Red Robin is hiring Line Cooks in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining environment. We offer full-time and part-time roles with opportunities to learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals.

Ideal candidates are strong team players, good communicators, organized with attention to detail, at least 18, and committed to health and safety standards. Flexible hours and career growth opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Learn Red Robin food preparation techniques, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals.
• Prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads and other ingredients.
• Work in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Support back-of-house prep and food production as needed.

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (coconero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
