Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking cook to join our culinary team. You will manage daily station tasks, prep mise en place, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to high‑quality, guest‑centered dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a kitchen, flexible evenings and weekends, strong English, and the stamina to lift up to 40 lbs. We offer competitive hourly pay, world‑class training, and employee perks including stays and dining

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation.
• Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays preferred.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all food safety standards.
• Communicate respectfully with team about menu items, challenges, and shortages.
• Contribute positively to a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment.
• Manage daily operations of an assigned station, including mise en place and par levels.
• Prepare consistent, high-quality meals in line with production standards.
• Follow Four Seasons Food Standards, recipes and plating guidelines.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and assist with menu development.
• Label, date, rotate and store all food items per safety policies.
• Ensure timely and efficient food service to guests.

What would you bring to the table?

• Label, date, rotate, and store all food items according to food safety policies

• Ensure timely and efficient food service to guests

• Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership
