Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a regular full-time General Maintenance 2 to support property operations, performing repairs and routine upkeep to keep all facilities and systems running smoothly. You will work outdoors in varied weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and may require evenings, weekends or holidays to meet guest needs.

A 2+ year maintenance background and a CPO certification are preferred, with English as primary language and Spanish a plus, in a luxury hospitality

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC certifications are a plus.
• English communication skills; Spanish also preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb.
• Flexible schedule—evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide general repair and maintenance support throughout the resort, ensuring all facilities and building systems operate smoothly and safely.
• Maintain a sharp eye for detail, prioritizing both the visible and behind-the-scenes elements that contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
• Proactive problem solver addressing issues even when they fall outside the standard task list.
• Contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment, consistently acting in the best interest of the resort and your colleagues.
• Assist with daily maintenance duties as well as engineering projects assigned by the Director of Engineering.
