Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe seeks a dedicated On-Call Nail Technician to deliver manicure and pedicure services in a luxury resort spa. You will connect authentically with guests, provide expert nail treatments, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Applicants must be licensed in New Mexico with 3+ years of manicure/pedicure experience, a flexible schedule, and proficient English.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Mexico (current NM license)
• 3+ years of experience doing manicures and pedicures in luxury settings
• Flexible schedule— evenings, weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Perform full manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement services per Four Seasons standards
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to create a memorable guest experience
• Build genuine connections with guests through anticipatory recommendations and care
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
• Keep treatment rooms and supplies stocked and presentation-ready at all times
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience

What would you bring to the table?

• Currently licensed in New Mexico
• 3+ years ofexperience doing manicures and pedicures, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort setting
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in English

What would your job responsibilities be?

• Perform a full range of manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement services in accordance with Four Seasons standards, spa protocols, and industry best practices
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service that promotes relaxation, wellness, and a memorable guest experience from arrival through departure
• Build genuine connections with guests by anticipating needs, providing professional recommendations, and ensuring the highest level of care and hospitality
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene by properly disinfecting tools and equipment, preparing treatment areas, and complying with all health, safety, and infection-control procedures
• Ensure treatment rooms, workstations, and supplies are fully stocked, organized, and presentation-ready at all times
• Promote spa services and retail products through knowledgeable recommendations that enhance the guest experience
